Winds of Change & Hope makes client care a top priority. The clientele we serve live with varying degrees of Mental Health and addiction issues. We have created an atmosphere of positivity, compassion and understanding.
In order to maintain our high standards of client care our staff is trained annually and we strive to meet client needs with promptness and professionalism.
Communication between family, caseworkers, facility staff, medical staff, and all persons involved in a clients care is essential to ensuring quality care that our clients have come to know and love about us.

Client Satisfaction
We know the value of our services, and we think you should too. We want you to take advantage without having to feel like you're taking a risk when placing your loved one with us. We are a 16 bed facility. At 8,500 square feet we offer ample personal space. The facility offers 13 bathroom, a conference room, 2 lounges, a dining room, and office spaces. Each bedroom offers air conditioning. Cable and wifi is offered throughout the facility. Grounds offer picnic tables, basketball hoop, and other recreational activities.
Clients also have access to phone service. Medication monitoring is part of our program. Staff ensure all medication are refilled and document appointments and assist in scheduling transportation.
Meal times are posted. Balanced nutritional meals are served and an evening snack. The daily menu keeps clients looking forward to the next tasty meal. No for real, we serve good food here!

We are staffed 24 ours a days 7 days a week. Our security alarms and fire system is linked directly to the fire department. Security cameras are throughout the facility to ensure safety for all.
